  • WARM UP - Please start each and every session with at least 2 rouns of warm up to ensure your body is warmed up sufficiently to dance. Then do the strength and stretch as well.
  • FOLLOW THE LEADER - The warm up is like follow the leader…we'll show you the moves and you join in as soon as you can. Keep moving as much as possible so that you can raise your heart rate and a good sweat.
  • MIRROR IMAGE - If we step to the right or call right we mean – your right . Whether we are facing you or have our back to you, move the same way as we do.
  • NEED HELP? Print out the written instructions to help you with details or with remembering what comes next.
  • MUSIC – We have composed some tracks to match the routines. Once you can remember the whole routine without our help choose SLOW MEDIUM or FAST versions of the music. We recommend you start with the slow version. Look for the cues in the music of when to start. You will also notice these clues in the performance version of each routine.
